You Are Enough | Jewelry Giveaway!

The winner of the ‘You Are Enough’ bracelet from Momentum Jewelry is…Gina!

Congratulations, Gina! I’ll reach out to you on Facebook & your prize will be on its way!

Do you believe the lie?

Let me tell you the lie.

It’s everywhere and in everything, pretty much.

The internet. Television. Movies. Magazines. Products.

Not thin enough.

Not smart enough.

Not tall enough.

Not pretty enough.

Not rich enough.

Not successful enough.

Not toned enough.

Don’t have enough followers, dollars, cars, clothes…Blah, blah, blah.

Those are the lies: that you’re not enough.

Guess what, friends? You are enough.

I want you to believe that so deeply. That whatever you are, that whatever you’re working towards, striving for, trying to make happen…you are enough.

A few months ago, I came across these bracelets on Instagram. I like jewelry that inspires me, encourages me, and these bracelets did just that.

The company is called Momentum Jewelry and you can find them at their website of that name and on Instagram, just like I did.

If you’ve followed me very long, you may remember for the past several months I’ve been trying hard to make fitness a big part of my life. Since I battle Crohn’s disease, exercising is often a battle in itself. Joint pain, fatigue, abdominal pain, yada, yada. They’re all great at keeping me from going to the gym or doing an exercise video at home.

So when something inspires me, I appreciate it very much. I bought one of these cool bracelets from Momentum. When I did, I sent a note along with my order explaining how great these messages and their jewelry are, and shared what I write about and who my readers are, and that I hoped to eventually get a bracelet to give away to one of my readers.

This incredible company sent one with my order that says: You are enough.

Perfect, right? Perfect indeed.

Motivate Wrap from Momentum. Enter to win this actual bracelet!

The bracelet is soft and stretchy, feels like t-shirt material. I wear it all the time because mine says “Accept No Limits” and it serves as a reminder to fight back against discouragement, illness, wanting to throw in the gym towel. It’s super comfortable.

I want one of you to win this bracelet pictured above, the one so generously gifted to me to share with you. I want you to win it and wear it and be reminded every day of your infinitely precious and priceless worth.

Drop me a comment on this post. It can be about anything. That will be your entry to win this. I’ll leave the giveaway open for the weekend, so please come back to see who wins and check my Facebook page for the winner as well. Share the giveaway with your friends, your sister, anyone who might need the encouragement of this post or the chance for this fabulous bracelet.

And remember…

You are enough,

signature Melanie in aqua color

I’ve been trying to focus on this phrase and the phrase imperfectly perfect…all my flaws all my scars…they make me perfectly me

Cute, cute, cute! I was sold at “workout friendly”! Lord knows I have enough other things squeezing, slipping, and chafing while I work out!

Haha! All that “movement” is such a joy, isn’t it? 😉 Richelle, it’s an awesome workout reminder and to wear it while exercising.

Perfect – as a mom of a chronically ill adult child, sometimes I need to know that I am doing enough for myself, husband and younger child. This would be an awesome reminder 💜

    Hi, Melanie!
I so agree! The internet OMGDNESS, it’s a mess to an extent. Meaning for those that don’t care about the follow count. The television; programmed to “tell a vision” and of course it a vision they want you to be brainwashed from. Movies; something that has, or will occur…from demonic movies to futuristic movies. Magazines, this is the lies of all lies. Products; some don’t tell the truth. The truth is they got your money.

That’s so true, Julie, and a great to put it: “tell a vision”, telling us how we “should” be!

What a great reminder! Thanks for the encouragement.

That lie is so beyond difficult to battle against especially when it has been whispered for so long in a young ladies mind that over the years it becomes a scream that is never silenced. If only there was a way to teach every little one not to listen to it. Love this line of jewelry -I hadn’t heard about it before.

I love this bracelet- I’m a bit of a perfectionist and there are days when no matter what I’ve accomplished I feel that it’s not enough and therefore I’ll never be enough. I try to focus on the fact that that I’m a child of God and that as his children we are always enough!

Your always an encourage with what you post, thank you for understanding and providing a judge free zone to visit and interact in. These bracelets are very inspiring for us women who may struggle with insignificance.
God Bless you and your ministry.

Thank you, Vera! My goal is to encourage and inspire. We all need that so much and I hope I can give it.

As a survivor of domestic violence and many attempts on my life, this is something that I need to remember daily as I heal. Thank you for drawing my attention to a wonderful company!

I understand your struggles with Crohn’s as I I battle several autoimmune diseases (celiac disease, asthma, food/chemical/environmental allergies, adrenal fatigue, etc).

Oh, Jennifer, I’m so sorry for what you’ve battled! I noticed your link “no longer invisible”. I so get that. That’s part of why I’m here: I don’t want women to feel invisible any more, like I did. They are heard. They are seen. They are cared for.

I love Momentum jewelry! All their pieces are so uplifting and inspire me to do more. I do love the “You are enough” piece though. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, it’s always nice to be reminded that you are perfect the way you are.

    • Reply melaniespickett@gmail.com January 9, 2017 at 5:41 pm

Yes, Michelle, it’s a really good reminder that you can see right on your wrist, all day. 🙂
