My focus here is to talk about relationships, healthy ones, ugly ones…how not to be involved in the ugly ones. Whether those ugly ones are abusive, toxic, with friends, family, coworkers, or the mailman.
I also focus on helping empower others to their full purpose, to know that they are worthy of healing and good things.
